Autonomous floor cleaning for large-scale facilities.

Scheduled cleans, tailored to your facility's operational requirements. Fully managed by RomeBotics — an installation fee, then an ongoing service fee.

Applicable across warehousing, industrial environments, and data halls. RomeBotics retains responsibility for deployment, scheduling, servicing, and safe operation — providing consistent autonomous cleaning without additional headcount or capital expenditure.

Operating model

Three commitments. Installation, then upkeep.

01

Fully managed.

RomeBotics retains responsibility for deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and servicing. No additional headcount, training, or maintenance obligation falls on the customer.

02

Service, not equipment.

Two-part pricing: a one-time installation fee, then an ongoing service fee. RomeBotics retains ownership of the equipment — no asset acquisition, no depreciation schedule for the customer to manage.

03

Safety-first operation.

Each deployment is installed and operated by trained personnel under defined safety standards, on equipment designed for operation around people.

Engagement lifecycle

A single managed lifecycle: assessment through service.

The rail to the right advances as you scroll, marking the handoffs applied to each customer engagement.

  1. Step 01

    Site assessment

A joint walkthrough establishes the operating envelope, exclusions, and access constraints. No quotation is issued prior to assessment.

  2. Step 02

    Deployment

Installed and configured on site by trained personnel. Routes, docking points, and exclusion zones are configured to the specific environment.

  3. Step 03

    Autonomous operation

Cleaning windows are tailored to facility hours, traffic, and access constraints. Unattended overnight operation; the fleet returns to dock at the close of each window.

  4. Step 04

    Monitoring

Each unit is network-connected. Telemetry is reviewed by RomeBotics; exceptions are routed to our operations team, not to the customer.

  5. Step 05

    Maintenance and servicing

Filters, bags, brushes, and batteries are scheduled and replaced by RomeBotics under the ongoing service fee. Uptime is a contracted RomeBotics responsibility.

Our fleet

Built for large floors. Configured to yours.

Our fleet is designed for large-scale floor environments. Self-mapping navigation reads the facility in real time — no external infrastructure required. HEPA-grade filtration captures airborne particulate; sweep, vacuum, and dust-mop modes handle surface debris, dust, and scattered material. Cleaning windows are tailored to facility hours, traffic patterns, and access constraints.

Operating standards

Documented procedures. Configured per facility.

Compliance, insurance, and safety configuration are scoped per engagement — not off the shelf. The platform is configurable to the operating environment; the engagement is configurable to the regulatory one.

Trained deployment.

Every installation is planned and executed by RomeBotics personnel to documented operating procedures. Deployment documentation is handed to the facility's operations team at sign-off.

Configured to the environment.

Routes, exclusion zones, dust load, surface type, traffic patterns, and operating windows are configured to the specific facility. Adaptive across warehousing, industrial, and data-hall environments.

Site-specific safety review.

Safety controls and exclusion zones are reviewed and signed off with the facility's operations and safety leads prior to handover.

Compliance, scoped per engagement.

Insurance scope, regulatory requirements, and facility-specific compliance obligations are reviewed at site assessment and documented in the engagement agreement. No off-the-shelf claims.

Safety

Safety-first, by design.

Every RomeBotics deployment is planned, installed, and operated by trained personnel to strict safety standards. Our machines run autonomously and unattended — navigating around people and obstacles using vision and sensor-based mapping — so your facility stays clean without disruption to operations.

Trained deployment.

Installed and configured by our team, not dropped at your door.

Built to operate safely around people.

Sensor-guided navigation, designed for shared, working environments.

Fully managed.

We monitor and maintain every unit — safe operation is our responsibility, not yours.
