Five stages. Installation, then upkeep.

RomeBotics retains responsibility at every stage. The customer's involvement begins at site assessment and ends at schedule sign-off.

  1. Stage 01

    Site assessment

    Activity

    Joint facility walkthrough. Operating envelope mapped, exclusions defined.

    Deliverable

    Indicative schedule, coverage, installation fee, and ongoing service fee — issued in writing.

  2. Stage 02

    Deployment

    Activity

    On-site installation by RomeBotics personnel. Routes, docks, exclusion zones tuned to the facility.

    Deliverable

    Operational handover with sign-off on cleaning windows and schedule.

  3. Stage 03

    Autonomous operation

    Activity

    Cleaning windows tailored to facility hours, traffic, and access constraints. Unattended overnight operation; auto-docking between windows.

    Deliverable

    Cleaning performed to the agreed schedule; no customer involvement required.

  4. Stage 04

    Monitoring

    Activity

    Network-connected telemetry. Exceptions routed to RomeBotics, not the customer.

    Deliverable

    Operational reporting on request.

  5. Stage 05

    Maintenance & servicing

    Activity

    Filters, bags, brushes, batteries — scheduled and replaced by RomeBotics.

    Deliverable

    Uptime is a contracted RomeBotics responsibility.
